0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz ginger liqueur
3 oz ginger beer
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Fill a copper mug with crushed ice.
2Add dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger liqueur directly over the ice.
3Top with ginger beer and stir briefly.
4Add bitters on top.
5Garnish and serve immediately while cold.
