The Topper

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.5 oz dry vermouth
• 0.25 oz olive brine
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 3 cocktail olives on a pick

Instructions

1. 1Chill a martini glass with ice water while you prepare the drink.
2. 2Combine gin, dry vermouth, olive brine, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 30 seconds until very cold.
4. 4Discard the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail in.
5. 5Garnish with three olives on a pick and serve immediately.
