The Uninvited Guest

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Fernet-Branca, lime juice, and agave syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Add mole bitters on top.
5. 5Garnish and serve in dim lighting for full effect.
