Plaza Suite Luxury Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, Cointreau, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake for 20 seconds to build foam.
3. 3Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Dot orange bitters on the foam and garnish with a thin orange twist.
