Black Flame Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blackberry liqueur
• 1 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 3 fresh blackberries

Instructions

1. 1Muddle the fresh blackberries with honey syrup at the bottom of a shaker.
2. 2Add dark rum, blackberry liqueur, and lemon juice with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and double-strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
