The Priest's Bargain

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.5 oz Fernet-Branca
• 0.75 oz fresh blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 dash salt solution

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Fernet-Branca, blood orange juice, agave syrup, bitters, and salt in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4. 4Do not garnish until the color fully settles.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
