Corn Nuts and Chaos

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 1 pinch smoked salt on the rim

Instructions

1. 1Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip in smoked salt.
2. 2Fill the glass with a large ice cube.
3. 3Combine mezcal, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
4. 4Shake hard for 12 seconds.
5. 5Strain into the prepared rocks glass and garnish.
