Trick Shot

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz amaretto
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 large ice sphere

Instructions

1. 1Place a large ice sphere in a rocks glass and set aside.
2. 2Combine bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
4. 4Strain over the large ice sphere.
5. 5Add bitters on top and garnish.
