The Dementors Kiss

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 oz cold brew coffee
• 0.75 oz blackberry liqueur
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes black walnut bitters
• Splash of heavy cream

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, cold brew, blackberry liqueur, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon to create a ghostly float.
5. 5Add bitters on top of the cream for a dark swirl effect.
