Golden Snitch Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Scotch whisky
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz ginger liqueur
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 1 tsp edible gold dust

Instructions

1. 1Combine whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and bitters in a shaker
2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
3. 3Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently
5. 5Dust the top with edible gold powder
