The Shell Cottage Shandy

Ingredients

• 2 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz rosemary-infused simple syrup
• 0.25 oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz wheat beer
• 1 rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine Irish whiskey, grapefruit juice, rosemary syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake briefly for 8 seconds to combine without over-diluting.
3. 3Strain into a tall pilsner glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top slowly with wheat beer and give one gentle stir.
5. 5Garnish with a rosemary sprig standing in the glass.
