Ingredients

1.5 oz aged dark rum
0.5 oz blackstrap rum
0.5 oz Kahlua
0.75 oz fresh espresso
0.25 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Brew a fresh espresso shot and allow to cool slightly.
2Combine both rums, Kahlua, espresso, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5Allow the crema to settle before serving.
