The Rosati's Spritz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aperol
• 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 3 oz dry prosecco
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 1 blood orange slice

Instructions

1. 1Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in Aperol, blood orange juice, and elderflower liqueur.
2. 2Stir once to combine.
3. 3Top with prosecco and sparkling water in equal measure.
4. 4Garnish with a blood orange slice floated on top — effortlessly cool, like this show deserved more seasons.
