Ingredients

• 2 oz smoky mezcal
• 0.5 oz amaro
• 0.25 oz dark cherry syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Place a large ice cube in an old-fashioned glass.
2. 2Combine mezcal, amaro, cherry syrup, and mole bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 25 seconds until chilled.
4. 4Strain over the ice cube.
5. 5Serve with gravitas — this is the last one.
