Dr. Loomis's Last Warning

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz dark cherry syrup
• 0.5 oz Cynar
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dehydrated lemon wheel (garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, lemon juice, dark cherry syrup, Cynar, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled and diluted.
3. 3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel rested on the rim.
