Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Japanese whisky
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz yuzu juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions
- 1Combine Japanese whisky, vermouth, yuzu juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- 3Top with sparkling water and add a dash of orange bitters.
- 4Stir once gently to incorporate.
