Ingredients

• 2 oz rum
• 0.75 oz coconut cream
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4. 4Garnish with a pineapple frond and a maraschino cherry to mimic a space nebula
5. 5Serve with a small cassette tape cocktail pick for maximum 1980s credibility
