Ingredients

1.5 oz bourbon
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
1 dash orange bitters
1 egg white

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake for 15 seconds.
2Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for another 15 seconds.
3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Allow the foam to settle and rise to the top before garnishing.
