The Pink Lady Special

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 oz club soda

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, grenadine, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a highball glass over ice.
5. 5Top with club soda and let the pink foam rise to the surface.
