1.5 oz aged rum
0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz coconut cream
1 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
4Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry — serve in a highball glass and call it a power-up.
