The Georgia Peach Sling

Inspired by Gone with the Wind

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz peach bourbon
  • 0.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz sweet iced tea
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. 2Combine peach bourbon, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the glass.
  4. 4Top with sweet iced tea and stir gently.
  5. 5Garnish and serve with Southern grace.
