The Vesper Reloaded

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz vodka
• 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
• 0.25 oz dry vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• Ice for stirring

Instructions

1. 1Chill a martini glass with ice water for at least 2 minutes.
2. 2Combine gin, vodka, Lillet Blanc, dry vermouth, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 30 seconds — do not shake, despite what Bond says.
4. 4Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail in.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the surface.
