Ingredients

2 oz London dry gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz rosemary simple syrup
0.5 oz Kosher sweet wine
2 dashes orange bitters
Soda water to top

Instructions

1Combine gin, lime juice, rosemary syrup, sweet wine and bitters in a shaker
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
3Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice
4Top with soda water
5Stir gently to combine
