Fortune Cookie Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz triple sec
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 tsp fresh ginger juice
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
2. 2Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, honey syrup, and ginger juice in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 15 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
5. 5Garnish with a lime wedge and a small fortune cookie on the rim.
