The Quahog Cooler

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz ginger beer
• 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and hot sauce in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a copper mug or tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wedge — it looks normal until the hot sauce hits.
