The Believer's Burden

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 0.25 oz absinthe
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Pour absinthe into the goblet and swirl to coat the inside.
2. 2Combine dark rum, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake and strain into the absinthe-rinsed goblet over ice.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir once.
