2 oz gin
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz tonic water
1 dash lavender bitters

Instructions

1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake until well chilled.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Top with tonic water and add the lavender bitters.
