Ash's Groovy Hand

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 0.75 oz fresh blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 1 tsp black salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with black salt using a lime wedge.
2. 2Combine mezcal, Aperol, blood orange juice, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain over a large ice cube into the prepared glass.
4. 4Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel and a chainsaw-shaped cocktail pick if available.
