Ingredients: 1.5 oz yuzu sake; 0.75 oz lychee liqueur; 0.5 oz fresh yuzu or lemon juice; 0.5 oz simple syrup; 2 oz sparkling water; 1 tsp grenadine

Ingredients

1.5 oz yuzu sake
0.75 oz lychee liqueur
0.5 oz fresh yuzu or lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1Combine sake, lychee liqueur, yuzu juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake briefly for 8 seconds.
3Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
4Top with sparkling water.
5Slowly pour grenadine down the inside of the glass to sink to the bottom and garnish.
