2 oz Brennivín (Icelandic aquavit)
1 oz cloudberry liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling wine
2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
2Combine Brennivín, cloudberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in shaker
3Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
4Strain into prepared Collins glass
5Top with sparkling wine and orange bitters
