2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz lavender honey syrup
0.25 oz Chambord
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1 barspoon absinthe

Instructions

1Rinse Nick & Nora glass with absinthe and discard excess
2Add remaining ingredients to shaker with ice
3Shake vigorously for 12 seconds
4Double strain into prepared glass
5Express lemon twist over drink and discard
