Iron Claw

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz ginger liqueur
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, lime juice, ginger liqueur, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
