Woodhouse Garden Cup

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh cucumber juice
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz chilled earl grey tea
• 1 tsp honey

Instructions

1. 1Brew a strong cup of Earl Grey tea and chill completely.
2. 2Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, cucumber juice, lemon juice, and honey in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a teacup or wine glass over ice.
4. 4Top with the chilled Earl Grey tea.
5. 5Stir gently and garnish.
