Number One Dime Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz ginger ale
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 10-12 seconds until chilled.
3. 3Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with ginger ale and add bitters.
5. 5Stir gently once to combine.
