War Room Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. 5Add bitters to the foam in two dots and drag a toothpick through to create an arrow.
