Ingredients

1.5 oz mezcal
0.5 oz Aperol
0.75 oz blood orange juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
3 dashes mole bitters

Instructions

1Combine mezcal, Aperol, blood orange juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake firmly for 12 seconds.
3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4Add mole bitters on top.
