Gyoza Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz shochu
• 0.5 oz dry sake
• 0.25 oz rice wine vinegar
• 0.5 oz yuzu juice
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 dash white pepper

Instructions

1. 1Combine shochu, dry sake, rice wine vinegar, and yuzu juice in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Add a single drop of sesame oil and a dash of white pepper.
3. 3Stir for 20 seconds until well chilled.
4. 4Strain into a chilled martini glass.
