Ingredients

1.5 oz white rum
0.75 oz peach schnapps
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice
0.25 oz grenadine
3 oz ginger ale

Instructions

1Combine rum, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Pour grenadine slowly down the side of the glass for a sunset effect.
5Top with a splash of ginger ale and serve.
