Don't Look Up Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz sparkling water
• 2 dashes celery bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake until well chilled, about 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
5. 5Add celery bitters on top and serve immediately.
