Dulles On the Rocks

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.75 oz Cynar
• 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
• 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 35 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over one large clear ice cube.
4. 4Express a wide orange peel over the glass and place it skin-side up on the ice.
5. 5Garnish with a brandied cherry tucked beside the ice cube.
