2 oz Japanese whisky
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz yuzu juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine whisky, Aperol, yuzu juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add bitters on top.
