Knucklepuck Freeze

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aquavit
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 2 oz club soda
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2Combine aquavit, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
4. 4Top with club soda and add grenadine as a slow sink.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon wheel and a cocktail pick through a dark cherry.
