Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz peach schnapps
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, peach schnapps, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir once.
5. 5Garnish with a peach slice and a small stuffed animal on the side — mandatory.
