0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions

1Combine rum, coffee liqueur, lime juice, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add mole bitters on top.
