Good Guy Special

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz overproof rum (float)
• 0.5 oz falernum
• 0.75 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine dark rum, lime juice, falernum, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
3. 3Float the overproof rum by pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon.
4. 4Dash bitters over the float and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail umbrella.
