Ingredients

2 oz aged rum
1 oz heavy cream
0.5 oz vanilla syrup
1 whole egg
1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

1Dry shake rum, cream, vanilla syrup, and egg without ice for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass.
4Grate nutmeg over the top.
