Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• Pinch of chili salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with chili salt.
2. 2Combine tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds.
4. 4Strain into the rimmed glass over ice.
5. 5Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wheel — championship energy required.
