3 oz rosé sparkling wine
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz raspberry syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 fresh raspberries for garnish
1 edible rose petal for garnish

Instructions

1Combine elderflower liqueur, raspberry syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake briefly for 6 seconds and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
3Top with rosé sparkling wine and do not stir.
4Drop three raspberries in and float an edible rose petal on the surface.
