Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
• 0.5 oz coffee liqueur
• 1 oz cold brew coffee
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz oat milk
• 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Combine Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur, cold brew, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a mug or rocks glass over ice.
4. 4Pour oat milk gently over the back of a spoon to float it.
5. 5Add a pinch of sea salt and serve.
