Ingredients

1.5 oz reposado tequila
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz jalapeño-infused simple syrup
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
2 dashes green Tabasco

Instructions

1Muddle a slice of jalapeño in a shaker if using fresh instead of syrup.
2Add all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
4Add the green Tabasco drops on top without stirring.
5Serve immediately.
